here at Passions + Potions, it is my number one priority to craft products that are healing and beautiful. my mission is to offer products for enhancing our journeys to self love and care that are made with the utmost love and respect for the sacredness of our bodies and mother earth.
i strive to always hold mental, physical and emotional health as priority, and i want all my products to reflect that. i am doing my best to provide clean, metabolically and hormonally supportive products that are also pleasing to the senses. you deserve the best, and that’s what i’ve set out to provide.
when possible, i do my best to prioritize ingredients that are:

REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY:
though this may be an inconvenient policy, i am not able to accept returns or exchanges on opened made-to-order products due to the shelf life and ingredients. this excludes non-handmade accessories, such as tea strainers and spoons. all made-to-order products are final sale.
for non-handmade accessories and items, such as tea strainers, spoons, stickers, etc., i accept returns and exchanges within 14 days. you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.
to be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in the same condition that you received it in: unused and in its original packaging. you’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. to start a return or exchange, you can contact me at passionsandpotionstribe@gmail.com. if your return is accepted, i’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
items sent back to me without first requesting a return will not be accepted. if you have any further questions, please contact me at passionsandpotionstribe@gmail.com.
DAMAGES & OTHER ISSUES:
please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that i can evaluate the issue and make it right.
EXCEPTIONS & NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:
certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as teas, syrups, cacao mixes), custom products (such as custom oil blends, custom teas), and personal care goods (such as any made-to-order or premade body butter, lip balm, etc). please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. unfortunately, i cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
EXCHANGES:
the fastest way to ensure you get what you want in an exchange is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
REFUNDS:
i will notify you once i’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. if approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
